Swiss cheese, ham, parsley + mustard slice
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 250 g cut up ham
- 150 g cut up cheese
- 1 desert spoon chopped up parsley
- nutmeg
- salt & pepper
Wet Ingredients
- 125g melted butter
- 100ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Method
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees
- Mix cream and mustard together, and add eggs and melted butter
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Add and mix the dry ingredients
- Cook in oven for 1 hour
