Chicken Banana Curry

Method
- cut 800gm chicken into bite sized chunks
- salt and pepper chicken
- oil wok/frying pan
- brown chicken and onions (only cook for a couple of minutes)
- once browned add mild curry powder, two heaped teaspoons
- put on water for the rice
- add three desert spoons of flour to chicken
- mix mix mix!
- let flour brown
- add about 450ml of water, mix well to avoid lumps
- add 2 cubes of massel chicken stock
- when rice water is boiling, cook rice
- add veggies!
- simmer for 20 minutes
- add 400ml coconut milk
- serve when rice & potato’s are cooked
Bananas!
- get as many bananas as you like
- cut in half, sear with butter
- can also add pineapple or grapes
